  • Eastern Medical College Journal (Eastern Med Coll J) is committed to provide open access to peer-reviewed research in the medical sciences. These copyright and licensing terms govern the publication, distribution, and use of all content in Eastern Med Coll J, including articles, reviews, case reports, and other materials.
  • 1. Author Copyright
  • Authors retain the copyright of their work upon publication.

  • By submitting a manuscript, authors grant Eastern Med Coll J a non-exclusive right to:

  • b. Index and archive it on the journal website and in third-party repositories (e.g., Google Scholar, BanglaJOL).
  • Authors may reuse their work in books, presentations, or institutional repositories, provided that proper citation to the original publication in Eastern Med Coll J is included.
  • The journal’s open-access policy ensures that published content is freely available for non-commercial use, sharing, and adaptation with appropriate citation.
  • 2. User Rights

  • Eastern Med Coll J reserves the right to edit, format, and adapt manuscripts for clarity, style, and accessibility, with proper attribution to the authors.
  • The journal also reserves the right to permanently archive published content and share it with indexing services, preservation networks, and repositories to ensure long-term accessibility.
